Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 3DPCC — 3D Printing Control Center ("the Service"), which includes the 3dpcc.com website, the web application at app.3dpcc.com, and the 3DPCC iOS app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

3DPCC is a 3D printing control center and cost calculator that helps users estimate printing costs, manage filament and printer inventory, track hardware, calculate marketplace fees, and generate quotes. The Service is provided as a productivity tool and is not a substitute for professional financial or business advice.

3. Subscription Terms

3DPCC offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("3DPCC Pro") that unlocks additional features. Subscription terms depend on where you purchase.

3.1 Web Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through 3dpcc.com or app.3dpcc.com are processed by Stripe.

• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.

3.2 iOS Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through the 3DPCC iOS app are processed by Apple.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Prices are in your local currency and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change with notice.

iOS subscriptions are also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account to use the Service and to enable cloud sync and backup of your data across the web app and the iOS app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for providing accurate account information.

When you sign out of the iOS app, local data is removed from your device to prevent cross-account data access. Your data remains stored in the cloud and will be restored when you sign back in.

5. User Data

You retain full ownership of your data at all times. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to operate and provide the Service.

• On the web, your data is stored in our cloud infrastructure (Supabase) to enable access across devices.
• On iOS, your inventory, calculator inputs, and quotes are stored locally on your device; if you create an account, your data is synced to the cloud for backup and cross-device access.
• You may request deletion of your account and all associated cloud data by contacting us.

6. Disclaimer of Accuracy

All calculations, cost estimates, margin projections, and marketplace fee estimates provided by the Service are approximations only.

• Cost calculations depend on user-provided inputs and may not reflect actual real-world costs.
• Marketplace fee estimates (such as Etsy) are based on publicly available fee structures that may change at any time without notice.
• The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculation.
• You are solely responsible for verifying all figures before making any business or pricing decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by 3DPCC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the Service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service's systems or infrastructure.
• Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3DPCC and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property) will remain in effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
